No Boundaries - Couch to 5k - Training Program

We welcome you to join the New No Boundaries, refreshed and revamped for 2025!

We’re going back to our roots as a Learn to Run Program and will be training together and run-walking our way to a 5K.

COUCH TO 5K WITH NO BOUNDARIES

→ All pace groups feature run/walk intervals or all walking.
→ Day 1 of program includes 20 minutes of activity, increasing to 50 minutes by program end.
→ Groups led by qualified and experienced coaches.
→ Program designed for those beginning a fitness program or restarting after a layoff.
→ Each session ends with a goal race at one of Fleet Feet’s signature events (race fee not included).

We have three new pace groups (NB1, NB2, and NB3) and we will continue to have our all walking group.   

This new program is time based, meaning that you will run and walk at your given pace and just turn around when the clock hits the halfway point! Our experienced and supportive coaches will guide and support you along the way, so all you have to do is show up!  

Workouts will be Monday and Wednesday at 6 pm at our KingsPointe Village location, plus every Saturday morning, alternating between our three store locations.  

The first session kicks off on January 6, 2025, and concludes with the Sweetheart Run 5k on February 15, 2025. A great way to start your New Year off on the RIGHT FOOT! 

The key to success in this program is walking with a purpose. We are using interval training and the concept of active recovery to ensure that you are gaining strength and increasing your fitness even while walking. But this means no strolling!

Each week you’ll increase your running time, and decrease your walking time, as you get stronger until you are running more than you’re walking. And running across that finish line!
