Packet Pick Up

We are ready for packet pickup to begin at all three Tulsa area Fleet Feet locations - in-store packet pickup will be from Saturday, August 16, 2025 until 2pm on race day Friday August 22, 2025.

Race day packet pickup at the race location will open at 6:30 pm at the registration tent near the start/finish line at River West Festival Park. Save time and hassle by picking up your packet in advance! The 5k Race will begin at 7:30 pm. No one will be allowed to start more than 5 minutes late so be on time! Plenty of on-site parking is available.
