The Fleet Feet Racing Team is back for the 2025 season — stronger, faster, and more focused than ever. We are a diverse, inclusive, and driven community of runners committed to improving performance and building lasting athletic potential. Whether you’re an experienced racer or a passionate recreational runner, our program is designed to help you reach your goals in a supportive, team-centered environment.
Our approach is holistic and science-backed, focusing not just on running, but on building strength, mobility, resilience, and recovery to make you a fully developed athlete. We combine evidence-based training with individualized coaching, ensuring every athlete has a personalized plan to excel, inside and outside of races.
Bottom line: We take our running seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
About the Fleet Feet Cincy Racing Team
The Fleet Feet Racing Team is a year-round training program for dedicated runners who want to elevate their performance in a team environment. Led by Laurah Turner, Ph.D., our program offers personalized, science-driven coaching that blends endurance training with strength, mobility, and recovery. Whether you’re aiming for your first race or your next personal best, we’re here to help you maximize your potential.
With over 15 years of experience as a coach and athlete, Laurah Turner is a two-time marathon winner, Ironman 70.3 World Championship finisher, and 15-time Boston Marathon qualifier. She holds a Ph.D. in biomedical anthropology and specializes in exercise physiology. Laurah’s expertise informs our training approach, ensuring that every plan is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each athlete's unique needs.

Meet Your Coach: Laurah Turner, Ph.D.
Laurah Turner has more than 15 years of experience coaching athletes of all levels — from beginners to elite competitors. As a two-time marathon winner, Ironman 70.3 World Championship finisher, and 15-time Boston Marathon qualifier, Laurah has an intimate understanding of the demands of endurance racing. Her Ph.D. in biomedical anthropology and focus on exercise physiology ensures that every athlete's training is backed by science and tailored to their unique strengths and weaknesses.

Fleet Feet Racing Team: Program Details
What You’ll Receive:
- One-on-One Coaching: Personalized goal setting and a training plan tailored to your needs.
- Weekly Group Workouts: Starting in January, team workouts will provide the structure, support, and camaraderie needed to build strength and endurance.
- Custom Training Plans: Delivered through the V.02 app, with real-time progress tracking and personalized coaching feedback.
- Expert Guidance: Direct access to Coach Laurah and team captains for advice and motivation.
- Saturday Long Runs: Join us for weekly long runs with the full Fleet Feet Training group.
- Exclusive Team Gear: A custom New Balance Fleet Feet Racing Team kit to wear on race day.
- Event & Demo Perks: New Balance hosts events and product demos with the team each season, providing gear and additional perks.
- Team Gym Access: Including the Lightspeed treadmill, with options for additional strength packages.
- Team Communication via Heylo: Stay connected with teammates, share workouts, and communicate directly with coaches using the Heylo app — the hub for all team interactions, updates, and motivation.

We welcome athletes of all levels. The Fleet Feet Racing Team represents a broad spectrum of paces, abilities, and experiences. If you’re passionate about running and committed to improving your performance, this program is for you. We value a diverse group of athletes who share a commitment to hard work, mutual support, and achieving personal goals.
