If for a medical or personal reason you are unable or unwilling to continue training within the first 3 weeks of the program we will be happy to issue you a full refund for the program. However this does not include any processing or admin fee's associated with our registration provider site. Full refunds can take up to a seven business days to process back onto a credit card.
If you are unable or unwilling to continue training after 3 weeks into training we will be happy to issue you a transfer voucher for a future training program of your choice and value. This means you can join any of our other programs in the future up, however there may be a balance due or refunded depending on transfer value and future program cost. Our overall goal is your safety and smart training, and we would love for you to participate in any of our future programs when you are back able and willing.
In the event of unforseen circumstances (act of God, worldwide pandemic) we reserve the right to take training from in person to a virtual platform immediately. Refunds will not be available as these are circumstances we cannot control. Please thank the year 2020 for requiring us to add statement :)
