Are you interested in tackling that bucket list Half Marathon?! Or maybe you’re looking to get a little faster on your next distance race? If you’re interested in any of the above, join us for our upcoming 2025 Spring Half Marathon Training Program! The Half Marathon Training Program is a 12-week program which meets 2 times a week designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. It is strongly recommended, due to the 12 week duration of this program, that participants enter the program with an established base of atleast 5 miles. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. This season's goal race will be the RAD Half Marathon in Asheville, NC on June 8th, 2025
● Start Date: March 18th, 6pm
● Meeting days/times: Tuesdays at 6:00pm, Saturdays at 8:00am at various locations.

● Cost: $110 before Feb. 24th (early bird), $120 after

About your Coach:
Sarah Felber has been running for over 15 years. In that time, she has completed 4 marathons, 4 ultra marathons, 9 half marathons, and countless races of various distances. She would tell you the one thing she loves more than running is supporting other runners in their journey! She truly believes that running can be for everybody and embraces the motto "All people, all paces!"
Sarah lives in Travelers Rest with her husband, Jordan, and their fur babies - 3 cats and 1 dog.
