7.4K Training Program

Program Start: April 29th, 2025

Program Schedule: Tuesdays @ 6:15pm and Saturdays @ 7:15am

Goal Race: Red, White, and Blue 7.4K Race

Program Fee: $100, excluding race fee

Description: REGISTRATION STARTS MARCH 1ST This program is designed for runners and run-walkers of all paces to successfully train for the Run White & Blue 7.4k race. This program is also a great opportunity to incorporate speed work into your training, and help you seque into future training programs and longer distances. Our 10 week program will help you cross the finish line while providing you with information on how to safely train in the heat. Weekly group workouts are led by experienced RRCA certified coaches and mentors who will take you through a warmup and post-run cool down, and guide you along the route. There will be different pace groups of running and run-walk intervals dependent on participation. To ensure you get the most benefit of this program, our recommendation is to be currently running or run/walking 2 miles at a comfortable pace.
