Come to Fleet Feet Meridian any time from 1pm - 4pm to talk to our head Coach, Coach A.K.! She'll be in the shop to answer all of your questions and get you set up success for our spring training program!
This 10-week training program is designed for runners of all levels—whether you’re training for your first 5K or 10K, getting back into running, or looking to set a new personal record. Our program will prepare you for the Treasure Valley Rescue Run 5K & 10K on June 7th at Reid Merrill Park with structured coaching, group workouts, and expert support.
