
No Boundaries is perfect for:

A complete 8-week training program
2 coached workouts per week at Fleet Feet Clemmons (Tuesdays 6:15PM + Saturdays 8AM)

Why No Boundaries?
We have been offering beginner level 5K training since we opened in 2006. Since then, we have trained thousands (yes literally thousands) of people for their first 5K. This is a proven program that works! This program is perfect for the person who has never run a 5K before and is committed to tackling that goal in 2025 or the person who has stopped running and needs a kickstart to get back into it. It is important that when you sign up you are committing to yourself that you will also complete the at-home workouts. If you only train with us 2 workouts per week, you will have limited success. We have seen many friendships form over the years; No Boundaries is a great program to meet other fellow like-minded runners!
This program accommodates runners and interval run/walkers. There will be four different pace groups to accomodate different fitness levels, and for each of the four pace groups, we will have a dedicated volunteer mentor. It is expected that you may switch to a different group at some point during the training.
Meet Your Coach
We are excited that Hannah Medwin is coaching this season! Hannah works full-time at Fleet Feet and didn't run very much until she started working with us! Now she's hooked and is the perfect person to encourage you to accomplish your 5K goals. Hannah has completed the following events in the past 2 years:
- 5K: Beat tthe Heat, Dirty Dozen 5K
- 10K: Cooper River, Around the Crown
- Half Marathon: Mountains to Main Street, Craft Half
- Marathon: 7 Bridges Marathon
- Marathon Relay: Classic City Marathon Relay (7-mile leg)
