Just like that, spring is right around the corner. The high school track and field season starts in March, so come in early for shoes and spikes.

 
 

This Year's Spike Guide

Sprint 

Sprint spikes are designed for any race 400m and under (can also be used for select jumps). They're rigid and snap back to help keep you in top gear.

Multi-discipline

Multi-discipline spikes are meant for races anywhere from 400m-1600m. They're those all-arounders that can be good for any race that you do. If you don't know what races you're doing yet, these spikes are a great option!

Long Distance
