BUSY DAY CHECK IN PROCESS
Depending on when you visit our stores you may find that all of our staff are busy fitting other guests. When this happens and you would also like to be fit for shoes or inserts, please be sure to sign in on the podium located near the entrance door. This will ensure that we are able to help everyone in the order that they arrived. When the next staff member finishes a fit with their customer they will call the next name on the list. The average wait times are about 10 minutes but can be longer when there are 5 or more customers on the list. Thank you for your patience. Please look around the store while you are waiting!
