Half Marathon (13.1) & Full Marathon (26.2) Training

Our Half and Full Marathon training programs typically meet twice a week and are designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. In addition to detailed training plans, each program incorporates educational components, speakers, weekly email communication, and expert coaching, mentoring, and pacing to help inspire and motivate you along the journey.

Spring 2025 – Half and Full Marathon Training

Half Marathon (13.1) and Full Marathon (26.2) Training Program

  La Crosse Half Marathon on May 3, 2025 or 
  Run Madtown Half Marathon on May 24, 2025  

• Full Marathon:

• Program Duration: 

• February 8, 2025 – May 24, 2025 (15 weeks)

Summer 2024 – Half Marathon Training
