Join us for a morning to celebrate the start of fall training! On will be on-site with shoe demos, we’ll have coffee and light snacks, exclusive promotions, raffle items, and more! This meeting will primarily be informational and is an excellent opportunity to introduce you to the coaches, pacers, and answer questions. Plan for approximately one hour of discussion. We will cover safety concerns and requirements, training plans and program details, group run protocol, the best gear for a successful training session, what you can expect over the course of the program, and discuss how we can help meet your needs this season.
We recommend all new and returning athletes attend this meeting.
