Run A Mile
Program Start: January 14, 2025
Program Schedule: Tuesdays @ 6:15pm and Saturdays @ 7:30am
Program Fee: $25
Description: Our Run a Mile is a 4-week program to help beginners take the first steps to getting healthy by training for a 1 mile run. This program is designed to allow you to work at your own pace while providing you with motivation to keep moving. Weekly group workouts are led by a coach and mentor who will take you through a warmup, guide you along the route, and provide a post-workout cool down. There will be different pace groups of run-walk intervals, walking, and running dependent on participation.
This program is also a great opportunity to help you segue into future training programs and longer distances.
