
Anyone, any pace, who wants to be more efficient - let's take the Summer to focus not so much on distance, but on that Personal Record you've been chasing!
This session is for anyone who wants to focus on form, speed, and maintaining a strong base for our fall training programs. Seven weeks of speed, strength, and support! Stay accountable and motivated!
We will beat the summer heat with morning workouts both at the track and on the pavement.
Kick-Off Informational Meeting
Not sure if Summer Speed School is for you? All are welcome to meet the coaches at an informational kick off meeting and icebreaker run on Tuesday, June 10th at 6am at Fleet Feet Folsom.
Weekly Workouts
- June 10th to July 24th
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 AM
- Locations TBD (track workouts)
Training Schedule
If you cannot make a workout, you will have a schedule to continue to follow the plan. Additional on-your-own workout schedule also provided.
Education
Coaches and special guests will educate you in person and via email and our private Strava Club on topics such as run form, gear for workouts, pacing, and more. They are also a resource and support for you along the way.
Group Training Atmosphere
Enjoy the safety, accountability, information, and motivation that come from a coached group workout environment. We also have a private Strava Club for you to share, communicate, and get motivation from your fellow training members.

Program Cost $120
Minimum Activity Level
You should be able to walk or run 30-45 minutes, 3 times a week at the start of training.
Safety Precautions
We reserve the right to cancel practice for any unsafe conditions such as, but not limited to, weather or air quality.
